I'm Steve Baraban, founder of JobSearch Solutions.  I developed JobSearch Solutions to be a very unique and personalized job transition service that helps individuals of all career levels and industries to manage every aspect of a job search campaign.

I am a 16 year veteran of the staffing industry and have provided recruiting solutions to companies that run the gamut from start-up to Fortune 200. My titles have included Agency Recruiter (aka; Headhunter), Senior Corporate Recruiter, Employment Manager and most recently Staffing Director. That's right, I have actually managed that very area of HR that you are trying to penetrate...or at least get some feedback from.  

In these capacities I have reviewed thousands of resumes and personally helped hundreds of individuals navigate through the hiring process to obtain rewarding new jobs. Unfortunately, I have also seen hundreds of other disappointed individuals not get those jobs and my role as Head JobSearch Coach, my team and I get to help put everybody in a position to get interviewed and hired.
